Acupuncture is extremely safe and there is almost a complete absence of adverse effects or complications from its use. After a treatment you may feel slight pressure sensation or tenderness, but it will quickly disappear on its own. All appointments that are missed or cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will result in the charge of 50% of the treatment fee. As cancellations are time sensitive, we cannot accept appointment cancellations via email. Please call the clinic directly at 778-231-2565.
Appointments cancelled due to COVID-19 symptoms will not be subjected to the 50% charge. Instead, patients will be offered to postpone their appointment at least 10 days after the onset of their symptoms.
