This is a small sampling of herbs you can add to your stock pot when you prepare bones for a bone broth.  Bone broth soups are very nourishing and health for the body.  I have prepared individual use pouches of these herbs to make it easy for adding to your soup pot.

It is always a good idea to contact a Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner before venturing out to purchase your herbs.  Even though these herbs are considered “healthy foods” for some people, and their conditions,  they may not be appropriate.

These herbals are only meant to enhance health and for prevention and are not for treating any active conditions.
